Dealing with School Closures and Employee Scheduling

Schools are closing across the world with the spread of CoVID 19. Here are some tips to managing employee schedules during the closures.

  • Alternative shifts (outside 9:00 to 5:00 and weekends) allows one caregiver to be at home

  • Allow employees to work from home

  • Temporarily allow liberal shift swapping

  • Ask your employees what would help - they may have ideas what will keep them working and productive.
