Dealing with School Closures and Employee Scheduling
Schools are closing across the world with the spread of CoVID 19. Here are some tips to managing employee schedules during the closures.
Alternative shifts (outside 9:00 to 5:00 and weekends) allows one caregiver to be at home
Allow employees to work from home
Temporarily allow liberal shift swapping
Ask your employees what would help - they may have ideas what will keep them working and productive.
