Justine Metz is a strategic marketing and product management executive with more than 30 years of B2B and B2C leadership in the consumer packaged goods and financial services industries.
Ms. Metz is President of Sapientia, LLC which is her own Marketing Strategy consulting company which focuses on projects that serve a social purpose. Current clients include Activate, a public benefit corporation that helps low income people achieve economic freedom through the dignity of work, and Highlands Church whose mission is to do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with God. Prior to transitioning in 2020 to the purposeful stage of her career, Ms. Metz was Executive Vice President for Prosper, a peer to peer marketplace lender where she was held accountable for growth which included revenue and eBITDA targets for the personal loan and HELOC businesses.
Ms. Metz joined Prosper from SRS Acquiom, a venture capital backed firm specializing in services for parties to private M&A transactions, where she served as Chief Marketing & Products Officer. Prior to that, she led Bank of America’s Marketing & Sales Support teams for the Wealth Management businesses including Merrill Lynch and U.S. Trust. At Bank of America, Ms. Metz sat on CEO Brian Moynihan’s Extended Leadership team and served in the role of Chief Marketing Officer for CEOs John Thiel (Merrill Lynch), Keith Banks (US Trust) and Andy Sieg (BAML Institutional Retirement) as well as oversaw the team managing Events and Digital marketing for Global Banking and Markets, Sales and Trading, run by Bank of America Chief Operating Officer, Tom Montag.
Ms. Metz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) degree from Georgetown University as well as academic All-America honors as a member of the Women’s Division 1 Volleyball team. She was inducted into Georgetown’s Hall of Fame in 2003.
